We are playing a lot of Chain of Command from Too Fat Lardies lately. The game is based on the leadership actions of section and platoon leaders. Many players base these leaders differently so they are easily identifiable. Rather than rebase, I’ve laser cut rings for the existing bases to make the leaders stand out.
